The Caisse Nationale d’Allocations Familiales (CNAF, French national family allowance services) has chosen IPM France’s expertise for its reception, information and distribution kiosk project. In seeking to modernise its agencies and satisfy the needs of its service users, the CNAF will be deploying around one hundred outdoor, indoor and wall-mounted interactive reception and multiservice kiosks.

These touch-screen kiosks allow users to independently take care of their procedures, including viewing their accounts, printing certificates and documentary proof, and more.

On one hand, kiosks installed at CAF agencies will streamline traffic and reduce waiting queues for window services. As a result, agents will spend less time on simple and repetitive tasks, and will be able to dedicate more time helping resolve complex issues.
On the other hand, outdoor public kiosks will allow users to independently carry out their tasks any day and at any time, regardless of agency opening hours!
