
Irigo: Interactive Kiosk for Timetable Printing

"We chose to install an interactive timetable printing kiosk in our Irigo agency. This kiosk is equipped with a 24-inch touchscreen and a double-sided A4 printer. The solution allows travelers to print only the timetables they need or to access this information in digital format (via QR code or email).
Before installing the interactive kiosk, pocket timetables and maps were printed in large quantities, but it was difficult to anticipate actual demand, leading to outdated printed materials and waste. The timetable printing kiosk is a more responsible and efficient alternative for our customers."
The kiosk is installed for self-service use in our agency, in a dedicated corner with signage to make it easy to locate and access.
Adoption was immediate : customers appreciate its ease of use and speed. Its ergonomic and intuitive interface allows users—including those less familiar with digital tools—to easily access the timetables of the lines they are interested in. Developed by Latitude-Cartagène, a partner of IPM France, the software interface is based on the LC SaaS automated timetable production platform.
Our staff remain available to assist users if needed. The integration of the interactive kiosk has optimized the management of timetables by reducing the workload of front-desk teams related to the distribution of printed materials. They can now focus more on higher value-added tasks, such as customer support and guidance.
Thanks to IPM France’s DashKiosk monitoring tool, we can track usage statistics in real time. This allows us to adjust our services during peak traffic periods on our network. Overall, the data displayed on the interface clearly reflects the usefulness and adoption of the system by our customers.
