Click & Collect solution for transport passes

At busy times of year, such as during the back-to-school rush, managing transport passes and agency traveller flows is a challenge, and requires meticulous organisation. IPM France provides you with an interactive kiosk solution enabling travellers to retrieve their transport pass instantly, with no extra workload for your teams.

The way it works is simple: for any tickets purchased online, travellers scan the QR code of their order on the kiosk, which then prints and issues their transport pass instantly!

Our Click & Collect kiosk solution has already been tried and tested in mountain resorts for the distribution of ski passes. For the mobility sector, we are innovating by including a function to print travellers’ personal information (first and last names, photo, etc.) so that they can be issued with fully personalised passes.
