Prepare your touchscreen kiosks
Before the start of the 2025 winter season!The start of the 2025 winter season is fast approaching! To ensure a smooth start and accommodate your peak visitor numbers, make sure your interactive kiosks are ready from day one.
Checklist for preparing kiosks before the start of the season
- Turning on the kiosks: Restart your terminals at least 15 days before the start of the season.
- Network and connectivity: Check your network settings and IP addresses. If any changes have been made, send the new outgoing IP addresses to your Business Engineer.
- Tests: Using the maintenance application, test your ski passes in the destacker to confirm their compatibility (especially for new batches) and that they are correctly recognized by the reader on the front panel. Also check that the QR code reader is working properly and carry out tests to print paper receipts.
- Spare parts: Ensure that your spare parts inventory is complete and consists only of functional items (no broken parts that need repairing).
